some – any – Unterschied

Some defines an undefined amount in a positve context.
for example:
We still have some lemonade.

Any also refers to an undefined amount, but is used in questions and negations:
for example:
We don't have any money.
Any luck with the new customer?

In question you would usually use any in this context, except if the question is related to an offer whose answer would probably be "yes".

Do you have any lemonade? but : Would you like some lemonade?

anybody, somebody – anyone, someone – something, anything

If some or any relates to people, it can be supplemented by the suffix -body, or -one.

With objects the suffix is -thing. (something, anything)
